Magnolia Cottage dates from the 1880s and was extended in Edwardian times. It retains great charm and character and is surrounded by lovely gardens.

Magnolia Cottage offers one double ensuite room and one twin room, with its own spacious full bathroom immediately opposite. Both rooms are beautifully furnished with locally handbuilt wrought iron beds and comfortable armchairs, providing a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Goose feather quilts, damask and Egyptian cotton linen and deep pocket sprung mattresses (together with the sea air!) should ensure sweet dreams.

Both rooms are secluded and tranquil, with garden views, tea and coffee, luxury welcome chocolates, libraries of local interest books, maps and walking guides, flatscreen tv and free wifi, fluffy towels, toiletries and hairdryers.

Breakfast is served in the conservatory or dining room, overlooking the gardens. It is freshly cooked to order, using top quality, locally sourced ingredients from Sheringham's independent High Street butchers and greengrocers.
