The cartsheds are located to the rear of the main house with their own private lawned courtyard. Breakfast is served in the stunning flint walled dining room in the main house accessible through french windows from the couryard. Each bedroom has its own private entrance off a covered walkway with exposed flint walls bearing the history of its origins.
Where possible and available, we use fresh locally sourced organic produce. Evening meals sometimes available.
Breakfasts will be served between 7.30am and 9.00am each morning. You may choose from a full English cooked breakfast with homemade bread or continental comprising of fresh fruit salad, homemade bread,croissants and homemade preserves. Tea and fresh coffee served with both.
The Barn House is a family home located in a peaceful setting amidst rural countryside, providing an ideal location from which to relax and unwind. East Beckham is set in a valley two miles inland from Sheringham and six miles from Holt. The village offers excellent walking and cycling opportunities with horse riding and fishing available locally. The Wheatsheaf pub, which offers good food and beer is approx 2 miles away.
We are of course also very close to our very famous coast and all it's endless associated treasures ranging from a day on the beach at Holkham to trips out to see the seals from Morston.
