Church Farm Barn is set in a tranquil area of the North Norfolk countryside and part of the Quiet Lanes Scheme though within 18 miles of the Cathedral City of Norwich and just 2.5 miles from the market town of North Walsham. The coast is some 2 miles away with both child-friendly beaches as well as stretches with more rugged sand dunes. The Broads are within easy access as are some outstanding National Trust properties.

The barn is beautifully proportioned with a wealth of oak beams.

Each room has a luxury en-suite offering relaxing bath and shower oils and comfy bathrobes and slippers.

Each bedroom has a quiet fridge with fresh milk, bottled water and complementary wine; fresh fruit, biscuits and chocolates are renewed daily.

Ingredients for our award-winning breakfasts are locally-sourced and plentiful. Please order your own freshly-baked loaf of bread and enjoy the locally-made jams and marmalades, the freshly-laid, free range eggs, and the superb smoked and unsmoked bacon from local butchers.

There is a minimum stay of 2 nights and 2012 prices range from £100.00 to £110.00 for a couple in a room per night inclusive of breakfast.

Payment is by cash or by cheque.

The barn is appropriate for children over 12 years of age. It is non-smoking. No pets.

When settled in, guests are welcome to relax and have tea, coffee and cake in the Lounge or in the Barn's gardens.

The area is perfect for walking and cycling, visiting the many beaches , or exploring the small villages. Not forgetting that the City of Norwich is only a short drive and the striking Jacobean palace at Blickling is a short distance away near Aylsham.
