All rooms are ensuite and on ground floor, some of the rooms have balconies/decking overlooking gardens and large duck pond. All rooms with Digital T.V, tea,coffee, bottled water, etc, extensive breakfast menu,which is served from 7.30 to 9.30.

Sky television in lounge area, internet access.

The B&B accomadation is totally separate from owners accommodation, access to rooms all day.
