Enjoy breakfast in a large sunny room with french windows onto the garden. Choose from fresh fruit salad, muesli, porridge, yogurt, croissants, toast, homemade marmalade and jams or a cooked breakfast minus the bacon and sausages!

Sorry, the house isn't suitable for children. It is also a pet free and smoking free zone.

There's wireless broadband and easy parking in the drive. It's just a four minute walk to the centre of Holt and a two minute walk to Gresham's School, Art Gallery and Theatre.

Holt is a delightful Georgian town with masses of wonderful shops, antique centres, galleries, restaurants, pubs and winebars.

The lovely coastal villages of Cley and Blakeney are minutes away by car.
