Incleborough House luxury self catering, built in 1687, King James II was on the thrown is a stunning grade II listed country house overlooking the Lower Common in the heart of a small unspoiled fishing village just 300 metres from the beach and sea at East Runton, near Cromer in Norfolk.

The sumptuous accommodation in the house comprises 7 spacious bedrooms plus a separate drawing room for the exclusive use of our guests at all times and a large breakfast conservatory. The drawing room has a traditional 'real' fire with no television, just right for relaxing with a home made cream tea.

Each of the bedrooms has its own luxury ensuite, flat screen HD television with Sky or similar, a stereo system with DVD player, internet access and PS3 plus Wii are available.. All the rooms on the first floor have remote controlled gas fires not Orchid, the Master having a remote controlled LCD television at the end of the bath! Our luxurious Oakleaf Room is on the ground floor and has been discreetely designed and has been awarded 5 Stars plus M2 accessabilty by the Tourist Board.

East Runton is a small and pretty Victorian seaside village still with its own shops and pubs. It has beautiful surrounding countryside for summer and winter walks plus a lovely two mile beach, sand and sea – both just minutes away.

Nearby Cromer has larger shops, a main line train station to Sheringham and Norwich, a pier with the famous end of pier theatre, fabulous chip shop, wet fish shop and restaurants etc. To the east is the smaller market town of Sheringham with its Little Theatre and Poppy Line Railway. Both Cromer and Sheringham have award-winning beaches. A little further to the east and slightly inland is the historic Georgian market town of Holt with its superb shops, antique galleries, cafes and bistros.

Norwich is just 20 miles away, with its popular airport Exeter 1 hour 10 mins and rail links to the Midlands 2 hours 30 mins and London 1 hour 40 mins.

Near by you may enjoy beach walks, Cromer Pier, woodland walks, steam train, unique shops, great restaurants, several golf courses, fishing.
