ABOUT US
The Jockey is situated in the beautiful historic market town of Burnham Market and provides a welcome haven for diners and holiday makers alike. Our food is loved by our many ‘regulars’ from the local community and people will travel to enjoy the atmosphere and food here. Our menu is as extensive and diverse as it is tasty. For our guests who are with us for holidays, weekend breaks or on business, they benefit too from the delights of our restaurant for lunch and evening meals.
Accommodation
Our four guest rooms are comfortable, welcoming and warm. Each is equipped with beverage facilities and TV. Breakfast is of course first class as you would expect here at The Jockey; our reputation makes us very proud. A full and satisfying great British breakfast as well as vegetarian and lighter choices are enjoyed by our guests and is created from the finest local ingredients wherever possible.
Dining
You can enjoy a bar meal or snack in our Owners and Trainers or Grandstand Bars, or for a real treat and pure pleasure, enjoy lunch or dinner with us in the restaurant; a newly refurbished, intimate 24 seater restaurant with an inspired menu and fine wine list. Drinking
A drink before a meal or a bar meal can be had in the Owners and Trainers Bar, a small and relaxed lounge bar that has a good choice of well cared for real ales, beers and selected wines. Next door, the Grandstand Bar is a warm and cosy bar with two screens which show all the major football and sporting action.
Outdoors
Outside, our large beer garden is a hub of activity in the better weather and takes in the beauty of the area as well as the fresh Norfolk air. A true delight in Spring and Summer.
