We offer a double room with adjoining private bathroom or a twin bedded room with sole use of the private bathroom as we only let 1 room at a time unless families or guests are sharing. both rooms have flat screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Lounge and sun lounge overlooking wooded gardens with pond and waterfall are available for the added comfort of our guests.
Ample parking.
5-10 minutes to Georgian town of Holt and Greshams Public School. 10-15 minutes to the beautiful North Norfolk coast.
