Set in the heart of the historic shrine village of Little Walsingham, The Old Bakehouse offers three spacious double or twin guest rooms, each with en-suite facilities and a super-kingsize bed. Colour TV and DVD and drinks making facilities are available in each room. Free Wi-Fi access is available on site for collecting emails and general surfing of the internet.
Full English breakfast is included and is served in the large dining room which once formed part of the old bakery. There is a public house, a 14th century coaching inn, a refectorybar and a fine restaurant all within easy walking distance of the guest house. These should cater for most tastes.
The Old Bakehouse is also a traditional tea room during the day, where visitors can sit and enjoy homemade cakes, scones and soup or a fresh cream tea. There is also a selection of fresh homemade cream cakes and gateaux with hot savouries to tempt you, as well as a large choice of speciality herbal and fruit teas. There are also several homemade lunch specials available from 10.30am to 4.00pm.
Little Walsingham offers many lovely local walks for those wishing to see the c14th priory ruins and the beautiful surrounding countryside.
