Old Plough House was fully renovated in 2007 and all the bedrooms are full of character and elegantly furnished.

All bedrooms are on the first floor with dual aspect views. Two double bedrooms are en-suite with a shower room and one kingsize double or twin-bedded room has a bath and shower. All rooms have a comfortable sitting area with digital TV, clockradio, Wi-Fi connection, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilites.

PLEASE NOTE that we do not take children under fourteen or pets. We are also a strictly non-smoking premises.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served in the dining room between 8 o'clock and 9. All food is locally sourced and freshly cooked to order. We offer fresh fruit salad, grapefruit, fruit juices, porridge, cereals, homemade bread, preserves, a full english breakfast, kippers, smoked salmon, freshly brewed coffee and a selection of teas.

£80-£85 per night for a double with ensuite shower

£90 per night for a king size double or twin with bath and shower

There is a £10 supplement for one night stays.

Old Plough House is situated in the village of Field Dalling, a peaceful backwater located four miles west of the pretty Georgian market town of Holt, and only three miles from the beautiful North Norfolk coastline. Field Dalling is also situated just four miles from the Thursford Christmas Spectacular.

HOW TO FIND US

Travelling from Fakenham continue on the A148 towards Holt and Cromer. About six miles on this road you pass a BP garage on your left. Take the next left turn after the garage signposted Bale and Field Dalling. Go through Bale and carry on until you reach the centre of Field Dalling. Take the road to the right signposted Saxlingham. Old Plough House is situated about 400 yds along the road on the lefthand side with a low wooden fence and large weeping willow outside.

We are 30 minutes drive from Norwich Airport and under 2 hours drive from Stansted Airport.

There is an hourly mainline rail link from Norwich to Sheringham which connects to London and other rail links across the country.
