Ridlington Old Rectory is a delightful Grade II listed family home, set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland and the surrounding landscape comprises conservation farmland, and acres of Common and heathland. Use of all-weather tennis court and croquet lawn.
The Norfolk Broads are less than 5 miles away and the Coast is closer.
The Garden room is available as a self catering annexe or for bed and breakfast. The Garden Room is in a peaceful garden setting with views across open countryside. It is a beautifully appointed large studio, sleeping 24 in double or twin beds, plus sofa bed.

Bed and Breakfast in the main house. 2 lovely rooms looking on to the garden and grounds, I large doublefamily room ensuite, 1 double with private bath. Delicious homemade breakfast including locally produced bacon and sausages. Freshly baked bread every morning!
The locality has much to offer. Perfect for biking and walking. East Ruston Old Vicarage Gardens www.e-ruston-oldvicaragegardens.co.uk are on the doorstep. Hickling and Horsey Nature Reserves, the Fairhaven Gardens, National Trust houses at Blickling and Felbrigg , are all within easy reach. Wonderful sandy beaches. There is a choice of Golf courses nearby and racing at Great Yarmouth.
If you like fishing there is river, lake and sea fishing and the Broads offer much to explore .
The local railway station at North Walsham has taxis available, and offers an excellent train service from London or the Midlands via Norwich.
