PRIMROSE FARM
Primrose Farm is a former Farmhouse, believed to originate from the 17th Century
It is set in a quiet, rural location, in grounds of 1 acre, with a mature, well-stocked garden. We are just two miles from beach, and close to the market town of North Walsham and the Norfolk Broads.
The property has been extended to incorporate the barn and stables into accommodation which is now being used for 2 guest double bedrooms. The accommodation has been awarded 4 Diamonds by the English Tourist Board.
Both rooms have TV, radio, alarm, and hair dryer and share a shower/wc.
Welcoming White bathrobes are now proved, luxurous and fluffy white cotton.
Please note! you will never have to share with other guests, as both rooms are ajoined and only suitable for friends or family sharing.
Guests have their own sitting/dining room with a high vaulted ceiling (formerly a barn) which has tea/coffee making facilities, another TV with Sky and a video player. This room also features a cast iron wood burning stove for those chillier evenings.
Full English breakfastis included and snacks are available we have own own hens so very fresh eggs.
There are very good homemade meals available locally.

The guest accommodation has its own front door which leads to a pretty walled gardenwith seating for afternoon tea/coffee, weather permitting.
There is plenty of car parking available and for cyclists there is a place to lock up your bikes.
Unfortunately, we cannot take pets as our own get very upset and put out!
The beach is 2 miles away at Walcott, The Market town of North Walsham is just 4 miles away. The Norfolk Broads are close by and Norwich is approximately 40 minutes away.
There are several footpaths leading out of Primrose Farm and you can walk for miles in lovely open fields and farm land. There is abundant wildlife locally with 2 types of deer, rabbits, hares, and so many birds, including owls.

Price: £58 per couple per room per night (£45 for a single occupant), discounts for children and for longer bookings.
Children must be over 5 years old (younger by arrangement only).

DIRECTIONS:
By road: From B1150 Leave Norwich via B1150 to North Walsham. Through Coltishall, pass Three Horseshoes Pub at Scottow. After approximately 1 mile, turn right at crossroads to Worstead. Immediately after Worstead church, turn left to Old School Road. At the crossroads, go straight over through Briggate and at the T-jct turn right for Honing. After approximately 200yds turn left for Crostwight. After 1 mile go through crossroads towards Ridlington and then right. Turn left into Hole House Road. Primrose Farm is 1st right. |
