There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Separate TV sitting room downstairs for sole use by guests.
We have our own hens so fresh free range eggs are always available and where possible our food is organic

We have large private gardens round the property and two barn owls can often be spotted in the adjacent field where they live in the barn- they even settle on our fence posts in the early mornings
