St Anne's Guest House is situated in the village of Heacham, set back from the sea front on the corner of Neville Road. We are close to the seaside town of Hunstanton.

Breakfast of Cereals, Fresh Fruit, and cooked breakfast is served in our bright airy dining room along with homemade bread, and homemade jam and marmalade.
St Anne's Guest House has doubles, twins or single rooms, all with en-suite, colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. All bedrooms are bright and well furnished. We are a non-smoking establishment. Pets are not welcome. We have WiFi access available to guests.
On arrival you will be greeted with a warm welcome and a cup of teacoffe served in the guest lounge.

St Anne's is just a short drive from the Queen's Royal Estate at Sandringham. No visit is complete without a visit to Sandringham House, the favourite home of the Royals.
There are two local championship golf courses and the area is a very popular location for sailing, windsurfing and water-skiing enthusiasts. Bird watchers have wonderful reserves close by at Titchwell and Snettisham and the World famous Norfolk Lavender is based here in Heacham.
