The Old Telephone Exchange is tastefully converted and we provide a high degree of comfort. We are open all year, offering a warm and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are on the Ground Floor consisting of 1 Double room with a King Size bed and 1 twin room. Both are en-suite. There is also another twin room with private facilities subject to availability. For your convenience each room has television, tea and coffee making facilities,and hairdryers for your convenience. Guests also have the use of a large private lounge with TV and DVD. We offer a varied breakfast menu with homemade Marmalades and Preserves.

How To Find The Old Telephone Exchange

FROM NORWICH: Make your way to the A140 towards Cromer. Just passed Norwich International Airport, take the B1149 exit from the roundabout towards Holt. Some 18 miles later you will arrive in Holt. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit A148 towards Fakenham Kings Lynn. Take the 2nd turning on the Right into Holt's High Street. Then take the 1st Left into New Street Beside Barclays Bank, continue about 200 yards and we are on the left hand side.

FROM FAKENHAM: Take the A148 towards Cromer. On arriving in Holt take the first Left into Holt's High Street. Take the first left into New Street beside Barclays Bank then continue about 200 yards and you will find us on the left hand side.

There is parking available at the front of the property.

The Old Telephone Exchange is only 2 minutes walk from the centre of the popular market town of Holt.

Holt is a historic market town where you will find plenty of beautiful and charming shops, as well as Antique emporiums, Art Galleries, Pubs, Restaurants and many tempting tea rooms in which to pass an hour.
