If you’re looking for a unique Bed and Breakfast, then we have your answer: Look no further. The Studio, overlooking the Marshes in Cley is full of character: vintage, traditional, contemporary, eclectic : a relaxing experience.
We have wireless broadband. Sorry but not ensuite - two B&B double rooms with panoramic marsh views and one twin. There are also a couple of single mattresses + a cot.
You are welcome to use the guests sitting room, TV, DVD, piano, open fire, children free to wander around the house and garden - breakfast in the garden if you'd like.
The Studio is run by an artist so don't expect a completely tweeked B and B but one which is very relaxed and full of character, - no pink frills or up tight rules here.
We have two bathrooms, one with bath with electric shower the other with free standing bath. This is where to come for a laid back break in a non precious family home.
Our house is very lived in. Moroccan wood stove and fire grate in garden- open fire in guests sitting room- World cinema collection. Children are very welcome as our home provides more than ample space for play in the house or garden, with the cat - Mr Moss and tortoise - we have toddlers toys and board games etc. If requested simple early children's suppers and babysitting can be arranged for a fee as well as children's breakfast and a couple of hours childcare in the morning whilst you have a lie in.
For breakfast we serve fruit, yougart, toast, full cooked breakfast, kippers or vegetarian, wheat free etc if requested on booking.... breakfast in bed on request.

LOCATION
We are just opposite the Cley beach road on the A149 Coast Road . Our house is on a raised track which runs parallel to the Coast Road.
If you are approaching from the Sheringham direction, just past the Cley next the Sea signs and the 30mph signs, you will see an entrance to a bumpy track just before the road which runs down to the beach the beach, turn right up the track and our house is next to the tree and the red Post Box.
If you are coming from Blakeney, turn left at the bend in Cley by the deli, carry on past the ' Made in Cley' pottery on your right and ' The George pub' on your right. Just before the 30mph signs and as the houses stop on your left you will see a raised track on your right parallel to the A149. We are the third house on the right up the track by the tree , and red post box - opposite the Beach Rd.

We have an old swing, bench and chairs at the front of the house where the evening sun sets - good place to sit with a glass of wine before the pub. At the back we have a beautiful little south facing walled garden, with a small lawn + table and chairs.
Sunny walled south facing garden, deck chairs ect, fire pit, lots of childrens toys and games - tortoise to feed, cat to stroke,parking, swing, sunny evening marsh views to have an evening glass of wine before supper.
Outstanding location opposite marshes and nature reserve, five minutes walk into the village, panoramic views of the beach and Blakeney Point. We are a stones throw walk from the sea for a quick dip, and the seals at Blakeney Point for those with their walking boots.
